Shipping Policy

We offer worldwide complimentary shipping.

All shipments are sent through our Singapore office. Delivery time is usually between 3-8 days, actual time varies based on your location. Please allow 10 days before contacting us as it may take extra time at the customs.

For ready stock orders, shipment will be made within 48 hours Mondays to Fridays. Please note that items ordered at the same time will not always be processed in the same shipment, and may be delivered separately. For pieces that are made to order, depending on the complexity of the design, 30 days or more processing time is needed.

Upon shipment, we will send you a confirmation email with details of the shipment’s tracking number and how to track the process of your order.

We fully insure each package at its purchasing price. Please note once it is signed upon receiving, it is no longer insured.
