Our prices for custom orders start from $3000.
Yes, we do offer readymade pieces, and prices start from $2000.
Opening hours are 11am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays and we accept walk-ins on these days. Saturdays and Sundays are strictly by appointment only.
All pieces above $5000 come with certificates. Pieces below $5000 can be certified upon request at an additional fee.
Yes, we provide re-setting, repairs and cleaning.
We accept cash, cheques, NETS, Visa and Mastercard.
Readymade pieces can be returned within 24 hours as long as they are in original condition. Simply send in your return request to wendy.lee@moonlightjoaillerie.com within 24 hours upon receipt of item(s). Administrative charges (e.g.. credit card and certification charges) will not be refunded and will be borne by the customer. All refunds will be in credits for use at Moonlight Joaillerie. Moonlight Joaillerie will not be liable for any damage caused to the product(s) by any event or circumstance out of our control. Products that have been used will not be eligible for returns/refunds/exchanges, unless otherwise stated.
