Exchange & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and will gladly assist you with any exchange or returns due to quality or size related issues for READY STOCK items if only returned in a saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied with a sales receipt and all original packaging (including any certificates supplied). Custom made/bespoke jewelry is considered final sale.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please ship it back to us by first contacting our customer service at: wendy.lee@moonlightjoaillerie.com. Once your return is confirmed by our service representative, you will receive step by step instructions and shipping address via email.

Do note that return shipments will be at your own expense, unless return shipment is due to product defect.

You’ll get your refund typically within 48 hours after your items are received and inspected. It may take 3-5 business days for your banking institutions to credit the funds.
